Welcome to ASP Wills

ASP Wills was established in 2010 in the Norwich and surrounding area but has since relocated to Tasburgh, Norfolk. Our sister company AS Wills of Overstrand, Norfolk which was founded in 1999 has now merged with us at our Tasburgh Office since its founder Mr Archibald Sim sadly passed away.

We are a legal Will writing company that offers associated services such as lasting powers of attorney, estate planning, inheritance tax planning, probate and Will trusts.

As a family run business, we give peace of mind to thousands of satisfied clients by helping them through the process of making their Wills, LPA’s, Trusts and our other legal services.

One of our legal team will draft your Will after your consultation. This will be sent to you, to check and ensure that you are totally satisfied before we post the original documents to you.

Draft your Will

A full consultation with one of our legal team to find out what you would like to achieve from your Will and how we can make that happen.

Sign and Witness

We post the original Will to you and this must be signed and dated by yourself in front of two witnesses to make it legally binding.
